Terms & conditions

01. Your camping booking

Your camping booking is with The Healing Weekend. These terms cover camping at Merry Farm only. A camping payment does not include admission to The Healing Weekend festival, tickets or other activities.

Camping opens on 7 July 2027. The final bookable night is 12 July 2027, with departure on 13 July 2027. The minimum stay is 3 nights. Your confirmation records the dates and camping option you have booked.

02. Prices & payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. The booking review shows the total for your selected dates and camping option before you continue to payment. Check your dates, party details and price carefully.

Payment is taken through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed when payment has been verified and the booking is marked as confirmed. An unfinished or unsuccessful payment does not confirm a stay; temporary space holds expire.

Keep your confirmation and personal booking link somewhere safe. Contact us if payment appears to have completed but you have not received confirmation, or if any detail is incorrect. A later change to our published prices does not change the price of an existing confirmed booking.

03. Arrival & choosing your pitch

You choose your pitch on arrival with help from the campsite team. The website reserves your camping option and dates; it does not reserve a particular position or numbered pitch. Electric hook-up and non-electric camping are in separate areas.

Speak to us before booking if you need an essential access arrangement or want to camp with a group across different camping areas. Requests in a booking note are not confirmed arrangements until we have discussed them with you.

Vehicle gates close between 11pm and 6am. Please contact us in advance if you expect to arrive late. Follow the team’s arrival, departure and parking instructions.

04. During your stay

Please respect other campers, the farm and its surroundings. Keep noise considerate, supervise children in your party and follow reasonable safety instructions from the campsite team. Keep shared facilities clean and dispose of rubbish responsibly.

Dogs are welcome. Be considerate of other campers and clean up after your dog. Dogs visiting the festival must be kept on a lead.

The campsite offers an outdoor stay on a rural site. Bring equipment suitable for the conditions and take reasonable care of your belongings. Ask the team about any safety or access concern during your stay so we can help.

05. Changes, cancellations & refunds

You can cancel a confirmed booking for a full refund up to and including 23 June 2027, 14 days before camping opens. The deadline uses the UK calendar date, including the whole of that day.

Use your personal booking link to cancel within the deadline, or contact us if you need help. After the deadline, contact the owners to discuss your circumstances; a discretionary refund may be possible. Please see the Refunds policy for the process and your rights.

For date changes or other amendments, contact us. Changes depend on availability and any price difference must be agreed before the booking is amended.

If we cancel your camping stay or cannot provide it, we will contact you and offer a refund for the camping we cannot provide. You do not have to accept an alternative stay or credit instead of a refund that is due.

06. Your rights & getting help

We will provide the camping service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

If something is wrong, please tell the campsite team promptly or contact us with your booking reference and the details. We will look into your concern and discuss a fair resolution. These terms do not prevent you from using any legal remedy available to you.

The Privacy & cookies notice explains how we use personal information. Accepting optional analytics or joining our newsletter is not a condition of booking.
